A 12-week creative rebirth for the soul artist who’s ready to remember her magic. MUSE•method™ is a mythic, body-based process that rekindles your creative essence and restores your relationship with beauty, joy, and artistic flow. This is where you return to the source of your inspiration and aliveness: the artist/muse within.
Across eight phases—remembrance, descent, embodiment, expression, play, devotion, integration, and expansion—you’ll be guided to clear creative blocks, reclaim your voice, and reawaken your natural rhythm of creation. Through ritual, subconscious journeying, and embodied creative practice, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of purpose, creative confidence, and devotion to living as your own artist/muse.
