Cycle Alchemy is a poetic, practical, and powerful masterclass to help you remember the sacred structure of body, earth, and cosmos—and how to live, create, and lead from this deeply connected place.

Important Note: Though we will be discussing the four phases of the feminine cycle (Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory, and Luteal) in this workshop, you do NOT need to have a physical monthly cycle to join us and experience cyclical living. In addition to the feminine cycle, we will be discussing how to work with the earth's seasons and moon's phases. Anyone who wishes to return to a natural, sacred way of being in the world is welcome!

• The four phases of the feminine cycle + how they directly connect to the four earthly seasons and phases of the moon

• The energetic gifts and shadow patterns of each phase

• A guided journaling/ritual pause after each phase for integration + exploration
